Services Provided

Child & Family Services EAP is Western New York's premier employee assistance program. We offer comprehensive, high quality professional services to employers and employees across the community. Our goal is to strengthen individuals and families in order to enhance the quality of life in the workplace and the community.

Our EAP provides your organization with a wide range of professional services, including:

  • On-site training for managers, supervisors and union stewards (where applicable);
  • Management consultation regarding EAP policy development/other workplace policy issues (drug-free workplace initiatives, workplace violence, sexual harassment);
  • Consultation for supervisors and Human Resources representatives regarding specific personnel concerns;
  • On-site personal enrichment and health promotion seminars for employees;
  • Assessment/referral and short-term counseling services for employees and their immediate family members;
  • 24-hour telephone crisis counseling for personal or family crises.
